Toddler Ballet Leotard

Toddler ballet leotards are becoming that much of a hit. It’s very acceptable to fashion among toddlers, actually, whether they’d really take up ballet lessons or not. It’s a very simple piece of dancewear and it can be mix and matched with lots of other accessories, ballet accessories or not.

My niece, three years old, never wanted to do something else than play with her branded doll. One day, my brother, her dad, bought her this ballerina version of the doll. Along with the tutu she was wearing, that didn’t much amused my niece, there were extra clothes for dressing up included in the package he bought. Well, she thought it was a swimsuit, but then she saw how it was worn at the back of the box, with a pair of stockings or tights and can be mix and matched with a tutu, and I saw that look Angel, my niece’s face. It lit up and we knew then that ballet was the first sport that caught her attention.

At first it may all be about fashion, but hey, whatever goes, they’re just kids. So, we went to the store to check out some really nice outfit for Angel, to make her look like a ballerina at her request. We ran into some cool toddler ballet leotards and saw a couple of kids with their parents having a fit of some designs, too. We got a chance to talk to one of the parents, and she suggested a nice ballet school. My brother thought that everything was really going fast, but aside from the fact that he likes what’s happening, he didn’t show a hint of pausing to Angel who was at that time checking out the Capezio ballet footwears on the corner.

Then, it came the fitting of the deserving toddler ballet leotards. Angel was a very cute with any of the designs and colors available, but m brother was eyeing on the long sleeved pair. Well, we all know that at first it might work but, judging Angel’s face, she fancied a dance move as if she were a ballerina after she fitted this pink toddler leotard. Right then and there we figured out that Angel was growing.

Toddler ballet leotards shall be in demand as long as ballet remains a good sport to the youngsters who are starting to get inquisitive about social activities. Good luck to our Angel!

Toddler Ballet Clothes

Going on your child’s first dance lessons and picking out those exciting new toddler ballet clothes?  There are lots to choose from. Variety of dressmakers aimed to get costumes for these moments as personalized as possible, so now the market is full of cute expressive clothes even for activities of children such as swimming, stage performance or ballet. The challenge is to find a store that will know what you want your child to wear without compromising quality and expressions.

You might want to consider checking out Amazon and Ebay, but usually it is better to shop with your child. Specialized shops are found usually in the malls and if you get to one, you would have to look for other shops as well first before buying those pair. Also, put into mind that toddler ballet clothes don’t necessarily have to be fully accessorized to encourage your child to do better in ballet class. It is always effective to just make sure the kid is comfortable and at the same time confident with his/her outfit.

Let’s see. Toddler ballet clothes would include basically a small, comfortable pair of leotards and tights, of your choice or the school’s. Tutus would come handy during recitals or mini performances, but on the first few days that wouldn’t be much needed. Do not forget the shoes. Actually, the shoes matter very much, even if you forget about the clothes.

The clothes should be very comfortable, and when you say comfortable, there must be no itchy feeling or very tight feeling that would hinder graceful movements. It is ballet. So, in the shop, try fitting in the clothes to your kids before buying it. Some parents, especially fathers, do not fit the clothes anymore thinking that toddler ballet clothes are stretchable and would most probably fit a wide range of body size. Well, unless you’re willing to risk throwing a couple of dollars, then you can shop alone for your child’s ballet clothes.

And if you would mind, do not think yet about letting your kids stand out with their ballet clothes. They’re not yet in for the recitals, and the most part is finding out how they’d fit in. Remember, and this fact really amazes me, that most of the population of our toddlers is already socially conscious as to deal about fitting in. Not all, but almost.  A proper level of support is crucial, balanced with right expectations and not giving false hopes or false praises.
